Information we handle

• Website visits: Cloudflare serves these pages and processes connection information such as IP addresses, requested URLs, browser information, and security signals. These pages contain no signup form, advertising scripts, analytics scripts, or application-set cookies.
• Support email: when you email us, we receive your email address, message, and associated delivery information. Avoid sending credentials or unnecessary sensitive information.
• SMS, when connected: sender and recipient phone numbers, message text, provider and message identifiers, timestamps, and conversation references. The prepared intake stores these details and a content digest in the private runtime. Original call audio and SMS attachment contents are not collected by this intake.
• Consent: the intended service will retain the authorized number’s opt-in and opt-out requests, their timestamps and source records, and current subscription status. Durable subscription enforcement is not yet implemented.

Why this information is used

We use correspondence to understand and answer requests, maintain relevant conversational and project continuity, provide requested project updates, investigate delivery problems, prevent duplicate processing, and honor messaging preferences. The initial SMS program is non-marketing and owner-only.

Selected conversations may be incorporated into m.’s private memory and subsequent working context. Sharing understanding within that private runtime is not permission to publish private correspondence.

Service providers and processing

• Twilio and mobile carriers: provide the phone number and transport SMS, processing phone numbers, message contents, delivery metadata, and provider-side opt-out information.
• OpenAI: provides the AI used by m. The runtime sends selected conversation and memory context to its API. Once SMS is connected, this can include SMS text, phone numbers and associated metadata; the prepared path does not redact phone numbers before including an observation. Ordinary model requests set store: false, which is not a promise of zero provider retention.
• Cloudflare: hosts and delivers this public website and provides its network security.
• Fastmail: hosts the support inbox. Support messages can enter m.’s private runtime and be processed by OpenAI to assist with replies.

Providers process data under their own service terms and retention practices. We do not promise that provider copies are stored only on the owner’s device or erased when a local record changes.

Phone numbers and SMS consent

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be sold, rented, or shared for those purposes. We do not buy contact lists or transfer consent to another sender or campaign.

Processing by the service providers above is limited to operating, supporting, and securing the service, not giving them permission to market to you on our behalf. Consent applies only to the described Mnemonic SMS program. We may disclose information if required by law.

Storage and retention

The private runtime stores events, messages, model requests and responses, and memory revisions in a local database on the operator-controlled host. Local recovery copies and backups may contain these records. Access controls protect the private interface and credentials; SMS itself is not an end-to-end encrypted channel.

There is currently no automatic time-based deletion schedule for runtime history. Records can remain until deliberately removed, and backups or providers may retain separate copies. Unsubscribing stops program messages; it does not automatically erase historical correspondence or consent evidence.
