Program and eligibility

Mnemonic is a personal AI project operated by Nic. Its initial SMS program serves only the owner’s authorized mobile number. It provides AI-generated conversational replies and project updates requested by the owner. It is not a marketing program or an invitation for the public to subscribe.

Do not enroll someone else’s number. Receiving an incoming message does not authorize additional recipients, new uses of private information, purchases, or unrelated actions.

After activation, text START to +14707777242 from the authorized owner’s mobile number to agree to receive Mnemonic conversational replies and requested project updates. Read the opt-in instructions and Privacy Policy. Visiting this website does not constitute SMS consent.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for charges. Consent is voluntary and is not a condition of purchase.

Unsubscribe and assistance

Once activated, text STOP to +14707777242 to unsubscribe. The intended behavior is one confirmation followed by no further program messages unless the authorized owner texts START to opt in again.

Phone numbers and SMS opt-in data are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Provider processing and retention are explained in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and AI limitations

Replies may be delayed, unavailable, or incorrect. Check important information independently. This is not an emergency service or a substitute for professional advice. Do not send passwords, access tokens, or sensitive information you do not want processed as described in the Privacy Policy.

Delivery depends on the service and mobile networks. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Do not use the service for unlawful activity or to violate another person’s privacy.

Changes and contact

The owner may pause or discontinue the program. Material changes to the program or these terms will be reflected on this page before the changed use begins; broader messaging requires appropriate consent.
